The return process was very good. I have received notification of the receipt of the return and the replacement being sent. Expect delivery in 5-8 days. This return was necessary because I ordered the wrong size.

The style and color are very cute. And they are warm and comforatble. I only wish I had purchsed a size smaller. They run a little big. I've had to wear very thick socks with them
